Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Some products are not eligible for return.

Because live plants are perishable, all live plant sales are final. If your plant arrives damaged or dead on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Unopened tea may be eligible for return under our standard return policy. For health and safety reasons, opened tea and other opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. We'll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed. Please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Because crystals, stones, minerals, and other natural materials are unique, variations in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, and other characteristics are normal. Your item may not look exactly like another naturally occurring piece unless the product listing specifically states that the exact item pictured will be sent.
