9. Shipping and Delivery
Sacred Roots Botanicals currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days and shipped through USPS.
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by USPS delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Certain products are final sale or subject to additional restrictions.
Live Plants
Live plants are final sale due to their perishable nature, except for eligible plants that arrive damaged or dead on arrival.
Problems with a live plant must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and should include clear photographs of the plant and packaging.
Teas and Consumable Products
Opened tea and other opened consumable products cannot be returned for health, safety, and product-integrity reasons.

11. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, an incorrect item is delivered, or an item is missing, contact Sacred Roots Botanicals within 48 hours of delivery.
When applicable, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
